The Oldest Film Footage of Chicago?

Hello all. I know I promised you some writing advice from CWC last week, but it looks like that might take me a bit of time to write up. However, in the meantime, please enjoy this quick video post.

Someone linked me to the following video recently on Facebook, and I thought you’d all get a kick out of it. Its a short video featuring some old film footage of Chicago from different points in the city’s history. There are clips from the 1915 Eastland Disaster, bits of old Cubs games, and even a quick flash of Big Al coming down some stairs towards the end—probably leaving court, heh heh. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ™‚

About lupachi1927

My name's Megan. I'm a writer with an interest in history. While I might not be a real historian, I'm a very thorough researcher! :) This blog is my place to post about all the interesting historical tidbits I find that can't use in the novel I'm working on, which takes place in Chicago in 1927.
